Cardiac Arrhythmia Associates provides a full service practice specializing in diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias including electrophysiology testing, pacemaker and defibrillator therapy, radiofrequency ablation, Holter and event monitor recording, and syncope evaluation with tilt table testing. The group is actively pursuing several investigational drugs and device techniques to improve the treatment of arrhythmia patients. Drs. Duran, Alvarez, Guguchev and Filart are all board certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.

The Device Clinic of the Orlando Heart Center provides complete follow-up care of pacemakers and defibrillators including office and transtelephonic monitoring. The Defibrillator Support Group is coordinated through the Clinic.
