Billing

Due to the increased costs of billing, payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless arrangements are made in advance with our Business Office. For your convenience, OHC accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, checks, cash and money orders.

Assignments for  Medicare coverage are accepted. This means that we will submit all claims and accept the payment allowed by Medicare on approved charges. You will be billed for any applicable deductible and 20% co-insurance. We will file any secondary insurance you may have. If your supplemental insurance does not cover the 20%, denies coverage for any reason, or remits the payment directly to you, then you will be personally responsible for the balance.

We will gladly submit all claims for private and secondary insurance provided you bring a current insurance card to your appointments.
